Yes. Many restorations are AI-assisted, and every one is checked against the original before it reaches you. Where part of a photograph is missing or badly damaged, some detail has to be reconstructed rather than recovered — we keep it as faithful to the original as we can.

Photograph it with your phone in daylight, flat, without flash. That is usually enough — a flatbed scan is even better. You keep your original the whole time.

Yes — choose “Mail in your original prints” when you order: $35 for up to 10 prints, then $2 for each print after that. We email you our mailing address and packing instructions, scan each print at high resolution, and send the originals back by USPS Priority Mail with tracking and signature confirmation. Carrier insurance covers only a print’s physical value, never what it means to you — so if a photograph is irreplaceable, a phone photo or scan is the safer way to send it.

We tell you honestly, and you don’t pay.

Yes. Your photos are yours. We use them only for your restoration, and never publish or sell them. From your order page you can download your restoration and, once the order is finished, delete your photos. Otherwise they’re removed 12 months after the last activity on your order. See our Privacy page for how AI-assisted restoration handles your images.

Yes. We enlarge photographs while preserving detail, so you can frame and display them. Ask when you order.
